Friendly, informative, polite, timely!!! Never felt rush or pushed. Very responsive to every question or concern. Truly was our best new car experience. Finished the buy at 10 pm, two hours after closure and everyone stayed wanting to help. Rating 100%. No changes recommended!! We are thrilled with the purchase and process.

While the time spent with the salesman was great.
While the time spent with the salesman was great. The finance man was rude and impatient. We were not given the chance to consider our options. He kept pressuring us to sign even though we hadn’t agreed on a deal. Then proceeded to say what our problem was and why we were being complicated. After that he then dramatically logged off his computer and walked out on us, not once but twice. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would not consider doing business with this dealership.

Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend This Dealership
Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend This Dealership to Anyone I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I went in looking to purchase a 4 Runner, and from the moment I stepped onto the lot, the red flags started piling up. First, the salesperson was nice, however he didn’t stand by his word. When our test drive was over (and before we took the vehicle off the lot) I spoke with him about the front end alignment needing attention and the brakes being squishy. He told me more than once that it would be handled. Nope, not even a little bit. Then came the financing guy, Sherman. We were paying cash for the vehicle and didn’t want to add a bunch of “add ons” that we wouldn’t use. He did talk us into buying a maintenance package that, in his words, covered all the major maintenance up to 130k miles. As the vehicle was needing a major $1k service done we thought it would be a great idea and even discussed this with him. Once again, it was just another lie. Upon finding out that the maintenance plan wasn’t what it was supposed to be, I tried to call and talk to a manager, however all of their calls go to call center in Las Vegas. The only way to get through to the dealership was to tell the call center that I was upset and going to have to go directly into the dealership and speak about this to someone. They didn’t like that and immediately patched me through to Sales Manager Andrew. He was sympathetic about me being lied to and cheated out of money, so I thought maybe he would help. He told me he canceled the “maintenance” plan and I would get a check directly from Toyota. Once again, it was not the case. After speaking to the General Sales Manager (who wasn’t the nicest to me) he told me that he himself had right then canceled the plan. We still haven’t received a check and it’s almost a month later. Do you think they will get it done now?? During this whole cluster, we had their service department install a remote start. The woman who set it up, Reshell, was difficult to work with and wouldn’t communicate with me effectively. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, the service guy handed me the keys and walked off without telling me how to operate the remote start. I had to ask, and since he had zero idea, he had to go ask someone. On top of that, I didn’t get any paperwork showing the work done or who had worked on it. If I could go back, I’d run—not walk—away from this place. Shady practices, poor customer service, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
