Jerry Hunt Superstore Salisbury

We were initially pleased with our buying experience until right near the end. Our salesman presented us with one key fab for the 2026 Kia Sportage along with a business card and told us this guy could get us a second key fab for less than the Kia dealership. It cost us $389.00 and it's left a bad taste in our mouths. I will give kudos to two employees in service who set up appointments at the local Kia dealership to have them look over the car because we were continually having to reset the 12 volt system. This happened r or five this in the first week or so. Kudos to Sean and Sea in your service dept. They worked to get us in at Randy Marion Kia that same day to check over this new vehicle. Kia came back and said to remove the Low Jack Ststem and Sean took it out within about 30 seconds. In a weak moment we opted to extend the Car Chief for 5 years at an additional cost of $200, not knowing the Low Jack System works with the Car Chief system. We are NOT putting the Low Jack System back on the car. Furthermore, I would request reimbursement of the $200 we paid to extend that system to 5 years.

VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AND FIXED MY PROBLEM UNDER WARRANTY. I WILL BE BACK TO SE THEM FOR SURE.

I have great service at Jerry Hunt in Salisbury. I really like that they keep me informed about services that I need. They have always performed these services flawlessly.

The only negative i would have to say about Jerry Hunt Supercenter is the advertised price does not include a $699.00 Lo Jack they install and make you pay for. The car i purchased was just traded in and didnt have the LO Jack installed. I would not purchase a vehicle with that installed. Everyone was extremely nice and the buying process was smooth. If im in the market for another car i hate to pass on Jerry Hunt Supercenter but i would not pay an additional $ 699.00 for something they installed and would not remove

Not willing to work with our work schedule to have our sons truck parts repaired. No time off available. Only able to do a Saturday and refused.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new Kia Sportage. This is the second car I've bought from Jerry Hunt Supercenter. Each purchase was easy, straight forward and provided good, clean and mechanically sound vehicles. I will go back if/when we need another vehicle. They do a great job and have a large variety of cars for most any budget.

Dasean Manuel was a fantastic sales representative. No hassle, no dealer pressure like most other places. From the moment he introduced himself to the moment I pulled away, I felt at easy. It was like a lifetime friend was with me. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was nice and spoke to me. I was diffently in the right place. After several options, I found the vehicle I wanted but thought I could never afford. Not only could I afford it but I didn't have to put a dime down. This is what the car buying experience should be. Hassle free and fun.
