We bought a 2017 Lincoln MKX from Dorsett Ford. The sales people were amazing! Tsali showed me all about connecting my IPhone to the car!! He was so patient & through!! Brett showed my husband all about the car, how everything works! He did such an amazing job that Alan understood everything he said!! Both guys were extremely knowledgeable about the car! Shawn got us in & out with the paperwork in no time at all! (While training Tsali to write up contracts!! The GM, Joe, was amazing...friendly & polite...knows what he’s doing! He must have great parents, you could tell he was brought up right!! The office manage, Deb, was extremely polite! The over all experience was refreshing!
