Write a reviewI drove all the way from Southern California after seeing the most beautiful vehicle online. A Land Rover, Range Rover sport autobiography edition. Patrik made the deal happen so quickly without any hassles. He without a doubt has the best looking vehicles anywhere across the country. I have asked all of my family to look his way when replacing any of their vehicles. So worth it.

I reached out to this dealership through Cars.com as a serious buyer with a pre-approval from Navy Federal Credit Union already in hand. I clearly stated upfront that I was not seeking financing and simply requested a basic video of the vehicle to verify its existence and condition a very common request for out-of-area buyers. Rather than honoring this simple ask, the dealership repeatedly pushed financing options and ignored my video request entirely. Now, instead of taking accountability, the owner is deflecting with false claims and suggesting I’m being “malicious” because the car was sold a deflection tactic to avoid addressing the real issue: lack of transparency. Let’s be very clear: -I was pre-approved and stated so from the beginning. -I requested a video, not a vehicle hold or special favor. The dealership failed to provide basic proof of inventory, which raises legitimate concerns. If a dealership is unwilling to provide simple verification but eager to push financing, that should raise flags for any buyer, especially those aware of FTC guidelines around misrepresentation. This review isn’t about a car being sold it’s about how this business chooses to treat serious, qualified buyers. Others deserve to know what kind of communication and tactics they might encounter.

Was not very pleased with the experience of this location. I have never heard of anyone retiring you to have money upfront and in their have just to do a test drive. Also the price that was listed on the car at the location was lower than what was on the Internet price and when I brought it to the pavers attention he tore the paper out of the car and ran off. Per Nevada law the price on the sticker at the location is valid if posted. So even if you said it was the price on the Internet and you had a lower price on the car you must give it at the price that was listed on the car. I was very disappointed with this location and would recommend to people to do your homework before going.

Very rude sales team or at least the person in charge of handling the incoming emails I was told long story short they don’t negotiate it’s there car there price take it or leave it. Keep in mind I was willing to put down 8-10k for the car just wanted to see if they would give me any better deal and was treated very poorly
