Everything has gone smoothly with a factory recall as well as us purchasing new tires. We were offered a loaner during both visits. Alexis, my service manager, responds very quickly to my questions. Jonny is the BMW genius who gives me lessons how how the technical features work. He is great about making time for me when I request him!
