I was not told upfront costs from customer service and I

I was not told upfront costs from customer service and I had $187 bill for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service was great, but the pricing was very expensive and I won?t go back for my service again. I bought both of my cars at this dealership and am disappointed at the inflated service pricing.

Excellent communication and quality of repair.

Excellent communication and quality of repair. I?ve waited at their facility previously and it is comfortable with good amenities. This time I utilized a loaner vehicle which was a smooth process, and the vehicle, not surprisingly was a new X5. I highly recommend this dealer.

I feel very valued as a customer from the first contact in scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle. All the representatives are always courteous and helpful. I am always pleased with the level of service provided, timeliness of the service, ease in making appointments and the recommendations provided (without pressure).

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience as a first-time customer at BMW of Rockland due to the treatment I received from service advisor Elijah R. I will not be sharing the full story here, but I do want to say my piece. Elijah’s miscalculations, confusion on the paperwork, and lack of organization led him to discover his own billing error days after I had already left the dealership with my vehicle and paid in full what I trusted was the final, accurate invoice. Instead of handling the situation professionally after I expressed discomfort, he sent intimidating emails and messages threatening legal action and involving authorities. I trusted him as my advisor to do his job correctly, especially given the high cost of the service. Management, please take this seriously – no customer who brings their business to your location should be treated disrespectfully over an internal error. Advisors should be thorough with their work, double or triple checking their calculations and invoices before sending them out. And to Elijah, you stated in your email to me that “this is all very straightforward”. If that were true, your mistakes shouldn’t and wouldn’t have happened. You represent not just the Rockland location, but also the BMW brand as a whole. I will never be back.

Sales and services are top notch. Very professional and very accommodating. I have purchased three cars, two for me and one for my wife. All three cars were built to our specifications, working with Greg in sales. He is the best.
