Mike Mayer and Joe Are Excellent!

We went in to Bob Brady Hyundai to see about getting a new vehicle that we loved for our trade in. We purchased a 2011 Malibu from another dealer in January 2012 and were very unsatisfied after driving it home. We decided we were interested in the 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and not only did Mike, Joe and the finance department fight for us to have no money down with our trade in, but they got us an extremely low interest rate, versus the 22% we had prior to this purchase. They also knocked 1,000 off of the sale price to compensate for the 1,000 down the finance company wanted from us. Both Mike and Joe spent hours with us, teaching us about this vehicle and really listening to our concerns, needs and wants. They stayed after hours to make sure we were driving off the lot in the vehicle we LOVE and had us even come back the same day to go over many more features. These two men really are wonderful. I love them as people and would 110% go back to see them in the near future. The timing of this purchase was tremendously wonderful. It was a pure blessing to have them as our sales men. I advise anyone looking to purchase go through Bob Brady Hyundai and ask for Mike or Joe.

great sales and support staff

our saleman, Todd Rhodes, made our new car purchase much less stressful and the support he recieved from the other staff members made the process go very smoothly. will recommend the dealership to all i know

Love the Odyssey!

I had shopped 4 different dealerships before choosing Bob Brady. Our salesman, Alex Wiggins, responded quickly to my online query and provided an initial quote on the spot. It was very competitive and he was pleasant to speak with, so my wife and I decided to visit for a test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of not only the vehicle offerings but of nearly every feature of the van. He was able to quickly answer our questions and made us feel at ease with the whole process. In a few short hours we were on our way!

Awesome Experience

We were very reluctant to make the trip to the dealership as our credit was not very good and we had been turned down at other dealerships. After talking with Chantell a few times over the phone, we made the trip and left with a vehicle way above what our expectations were!! Chantell was first rate, she went over everything with us, kept us informed on the process, and made us feel very comfortable while waiting for the paperwork. The experience was a great one thanks to Chantell!!

I received excellent services while looking and purchasing my new vehicle,everything was explained clearly,I was given time to look and find the right vehicle,when I received my vehicle it was cleaned and gased up,very happy with my service.

Great Customer Service

Tina Leischner is very good salesperson and really put me at ease. I had some credit problems and worked with Chantel in the past and she was really helpful too. If your your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Tina and the good people of Bob Brady's Auto Mall
