Overall the experience was great. Our sales person Joy was great to deal with. Not pushy at all. When it came to the finance dept. he was pushy on selling the extended warranty.

All the pricing was up front and laid out, no hidden fees or tricks like most dealerships. Ron, who was my salesman was absolutely awesome. He took his time to explain and answer every question I had. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and it was a really easy buying experience.

Sale person unfamiliar with vehicle spent no time on going over any features of vehicle. Test drive was driving him around the block for him to ask what do you think..and that was the extent of his interaction, he was more concerned on numbers. Found out today that the hard tri fold tonneau cover and bed liner has yet to be ordered which was part of the deal. So no not real happy with my experience. Have purchased other vehicles at a different out of town dealer but decided to try local but afraid that decision was a mistake..
