Sport Hyundai

My parents recently bought a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and within the last year and a half of ownership it has broken down 3 times with exact same issue. The fuel pump gives out dropping the cars speed down out of nowhere making it incredibly dangerous to drive not just for my parents but the drivers riding behind them as well as they have list control over the speed of their car. Hyundai is refusing to help even though this is clearly an issue with the same exact part. They will not acknowledge that the car is a lemon and the part is clearly defective and a huge safety risk. Buyers beware. Do not trust this dealership or company. Look elsewhere for a better car. P.S. - Before we knew this was an issue my parents were driving my 1 year old in this car. Thank god this did not happen while he was in there and thank god no accidents took place as a result of this issue with him in the car. Rest assured if it did and my kid was hurt and we found out there was well documented reports of this being a major issue with this car, they would be facing one xxxx of a lawsuit.

Bait and switch. Online price showed 25k, we get to the lot and the sticker shows 31k. We then are offered only 2k for our trade in which kbb showed a fair trade in of around 6k. Their excuse was “we already have marked the car down and can’t offer more for a trade in” Then don’t advertise the car at 25k! And act like that price already factors a trade in value. What a scam.

Terrible customer service. Sales people and management lie. Waste of time going to this dealership. Said car was available and drove all the way down for it not to be here.

I recently wrote a negative review on this dealership and must say my views have drastically changed. The dealership went above and beyond to correct the issues I had. They took their time to ensure everything was corrected and kept me informed along the way. I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank and cannot say enough about him. Excellent customer service! I went in today to see about trading in my vehicle( which was bought here a few years back) for a new one. The salesman I had was rude and rushing the whole time like he was due to go to lunch or something. I Know most people don't like their jobs, but this was ridiculous, he had attitude and acted like he didn't really wanna be bothered. Maybe this person had sold so many cars they didn't need to be nice anymore, the last time I bought a vehicle here the lady was excellent and I hoped to see her today. Instead I got her opposite.
