⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I recently went to Greg Hubler Ford and had the pleasure of working with Chet Smith, and I can honestly say that after 40 years of buying vehicles, Chet is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. From the moment I met him, Chet was different. He was kind, professional, patient, and—most importantly—he actually listened. He didn’t just ask what vehicle I wanted and start pointing at cars. He took the time to understand what I needed for my family, what was important to us, and what we were really looking for. He showed me three vehicles that fit what I initially thought I wanted. But because he had genuinely listened to everything I told him, he made a suggestion for a completely different vehicle that I hadn’t even considered. And he nailed it. It turned out to be the PERFECT vehicle for my family and our needs. That alone impressed me, but Chet’s professionalism didn’t stop there. I wasn’t ready to buy that first day because I needed to go home and discuss everything with my family. There was absolutely no pressure, no guilt trip, no pushy sales tactics, and no games. Chet simply told me to take the time I needed. When I came back, I knew I wanted to buy from him. Chet had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go, had all of my paperwork prepared, and had everything organized so we could get through the process quickly and efficiently. In less than an hour, we were driving home in our new vehicle. That is what buying a car SHOULD be like. No pressure. No games. No runaround. No trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Just honest answers, genuine attention, and a salesman who actually cared about finding the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never had a salesman listen as closely as Chet did and then recommend something I hadn’t even considered that turned out to be exactly what I needed. Chet didn’t just sell me a car. He earned a customer for life. I can say without hesitation that I will never buy another vehicle without talking to Chet first. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor: go see Chet Smith at Greg Hubler Ford before you talk to anyone else. If you want someone who will actually listen, tell you the truth, respect your time, and help you find the vehicle that makes the most sense for YOU and your family, Chet is your guy. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Five stars doesn’t even seem like enough. Chet Smith — Greg Hubler Ford. Remember the name. You’ll be glad you did! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brayden was knowledgeable, energetic, and enthusiastic from start to finish. He worked hard to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely tried his best to get me the best deal possible. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process so much easier. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping their customers, I highly recommend asking for him or Joe. They both treated my husband and I like we were actually important to them!

I’ve had some awful car buying experiences when going through my own financing arrangements, and knowing what and how I wanted to buy ahead of time. Bryan was very understanding, answered all my questions, and made this one of the most comfortable major purchase experiences I’ve ever had.

Bryan Gibson was awesome. Very caring and kind. Answered all my questions. Wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. This is like my fifth or sixth car from here. Parnell Graves was awesome too.

Our purchase today was completed only due to the strong perseverance, commitment and integrity shown by Evan Wilkins. His communication skills, knowledge and positive interactions quickly gained our trust and comfort. Evans loyalty to the Greg Hubler organization's purpose and principles was shown throughout the process. Of importance to add is Evans ability to acknowledge and adapt his communication/interaction skills to a profound hearing impairment was quite remarkable. We thank him for that. Lastly, this was our first purchase from Greg Hubler Ford, and we can say without hesitation all our expectations were met. Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie is managed with high expectations by Joe. I have used GREG Hubler Ford for years and the service from Quick Lane has really gone down hill. Twice now I have asked them to change the oil and rotate tires on 2 vehicles and twice they told me it was done and come to find out they never rotated tires. The first excuse was the lift was down, but never told the customer, just let me pay for the work and said it was done. The second time 6 months later, different car, they told me the service was done, and I found the rotation never happened as the front right tire had a mark my daughter put on it and it was still there after the rotation didn't happen. They then proceeded to tell me that oh the tire tread was such that they decided not to rotate them, yet told me it was done and didn't have any conversation with me, didn't reset oil life, didn't check tire pressure etc. MGMT wouldn't return my call to discuss the poor service I continue to receive. The report I got was more interested in finding something wrong than even completed the two things they were supposed to do which was change the oil and rotate tires. I went back to have them correct the tires but again they never reset the tire pressure to spec and left oil life at 16%. I was in for my work vehicle to have the oil changed and tires rotated, they came back to tell me my rear brakes were bad and rotors needed replaced. I said go ahead and complete the work. They then came back and said we're sorry the rear axel needs pulled now to do the work, this will have to be done in the main shop, for $1100 plus rotors and shoes. I felt this was a bit high, so asked to come back at a later date. I stopped by ED Martin Ford who gave me an exact quote for $700 which I gave them the work. When the work was completed the repair came back in the $680 Range. I want a dealer that cares, honest with me, and completes the work as expected. What has happened to their service is unacceptable and I don't feel I have trust with these people any further. I again called in and requested to speak to a manager over service, I could tell the gentleman on the phone was blowing me off, and that would be correct no one returned my phone call to discuss. Not sure what you do with such a Large named dealer when this is the service that continues to be delivered. I wonder how many people are getting deceived that don't have any repair work experience or understanding, but trust what the service adviser is telling them. Very sad, and no I wanted nothing out of this, just to advise them of my experiences with them, and hope to make a change, but they must not really care from what I've seen.
