Repair of Major Coolant Leak
I had a major Leak in the coolant line of the vehicle. Car was dumping a bottle of Antifreeze every 10 miles. Ryan took the vehicle in and the rest of the team patched it up quite well. The engine now runs clean and cool! Thank you all!

Car returned scratched
My car was sent in for a recall and was at Ira ford auburn for one week. I had the car returned today and immediately noticed deep scratches all over the top of my car. I will be following up with ford tomorrow.

Friendly, very good at explaining things needing to be
Friendly, very good at explaining things needing to be done. My only big miss is way too long to change oil and rotate the tires. They did do a recall on the rear axle wire harness as well but I was there from 12:40-4:00! The tech suggested also replacing the engine and cabin filters but I declined and will do it myself as I did not want to see how long that would take!
