I had a service engine light come on. I called the service center to make an appointment. Dontae had me drop it off to see what was wrong. They ran a scan and found the problem. They had me fixed in a timely manner. It runs like new.

Did not like that they want to keep my car For 4 to 5 days then run diagnostic don't know why I can't make appt in. 4 or 5 days than maybe have To keep over Night not counting time needed to fix anything I know you all work at car dealership so can just get another car to drive But my job requires me to travel these a little problems just feel like nobody there is thinking of the customer

My experience following the purchase of my vehicle has been incredibly disappointing and has continued to create unnecessary problems, expenses, and frustration. For context, I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Navigator Reserve. At the time of purchase, I was told the vehicle would be delivered to me within three business days after signing the paperwork. That did not happen. I did not receive the vehicle for approximately another week, and during that time there was virtually no proactive communication from the dealership. I had to continuously reach out myself for updates, and when I did, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about the vehicle and when it would actually be delivered. One of the items Oxmoor Ford was supposed to address before delivery was replacing a broken windshield. Unfortunately, it is now very apparent that the windshield was not installed correctly because water is coming into my vehicle from the top of the windshield. This is a nearly new luxury SUV, and I should absolutely not be dealing with water intrusion caused by improper repair work performed before delivery. That was only the beginning. The windshield washer fluid hose was also not connected properly. When I attempted to use the washer fluid, it simply poured out from underneath the vehicle. I had to take the Navigator to a local dealership myself so they could diagnose the issue and correct something that should have been caught before the vehicle ever left Oxmoor Ford. The vehicle also was not properly reset from the previous owner before being delivered to me. I was not provided with the master/factory code necessary to reset the exterior door keypad and access certain digital features. Even more concerning, the vehicle still appears to be associated with or under the control of the previous owner, which is preventing me from properly setting up features including the vehicle’s Wi-Fi services and mobile hotspot. This could potentially be corrected if I had both keys, but Oxmoor Ford also failed to provide me with the second key. Certain reset procedures require two programmed keys, meaning I cannot even resolve some of these issues myself. At this point, the list of problems related directly to how this vehicle was prepared and delivered includes: • Vehicle delivered significantly later than promised • Little to no proactive communication during the delay • Repeatedly conflicting information when I requested updates • Improperly installed replacement windshield that is now leaking water into the vehicle • Windshield washer hose left disconnected • Vehicle not properly reset from the previous owner • Previous owner’s connection/control of digital vehicle services still not removed • Unable to properly activate Wi-Fi/mobile hotspot services • Factory/master keypad code not provided • Second key not provided, preventing me from completing certain resets myself The most frustrating part is that there has been virtually no effort from Oxmoor Ford to take ownership of these shortcomings or make the situation right. Buying a vehicle—especially a 2025 Lincoln Navigator Reserve—should not result in the customer spending additional time and money taking the vehicle to another dealership to correct issues that should have been addressed before delivery. The lack of quality control, communication, follow-through, and accountability has been unacceptable. The headaches caused by this dealership’s careless service have completely overshadowed the excitement of purchasing this vehicle. This experience has cost me time, money, and an unbelievable amount of frustration. Based on everything I have experienced after the sale, I absolutely regret purchasing from Oxmoor Ford and would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to make sure every repair, key, code, account reset, and promised item is physically verified before taking delivery.

This dealership had always don’t well for me. The most recent time was no exception as advisor Jeff kept me informed. They were quick to get to the issue and let me know costs prior to doing the work.

Ashley ordered the wrong tires. She failed to link my ford rewards account costing me $85 in savings then stated I would need to call ford and proceeded to provide me the wrong phone number to call.
