Generally friendly people. Slightly disorganized and slow. It took too long to get my car back. I would've liked to have the dealership push for a warranty coverage a bit more. The online services don't seem to work very well.

They serviced my car quickly and he helped me sync my new phone to the car. Very nice, courteous and helpful young man.

My service advisor, Ashley Austin was absolutely amazing! Made an appointment for a recall item to be repaired and she was able to make an appointment to fit my schedule and the technicians were able to get me in and out in less than an hour!

I reported that my truck is vibrating at 40-60mph upon acceleration. They stated they would fix the problem and take care of it. The problem is still occurring. The salesman I worked with Steve, told me that in my bill of sale there would be a documented “I owe You” 3 oil changes. Upon telling that to the service department, not only was it not documented, but the sale itself was not documented. To the point they were stating that I was the former owner of the vehicle and they had already serviced my vehicle enough times, not to warrant an oil change. I appreciate the service manager covering my bill and coming to an understanding of my situation. However, I do not appreciate the fact my truck is still not fixed.
