I was 💔 to learn another American company has 🚫 providing military discounts. Tariffs is not impacting every business in USA. America companies are GREEDY💯💯💯💯 I received a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They failed my stat inspection for windshield wipers 🤔and moisture in headlights. This was the first time getting service from a Ford dealership that I question their integrity.

Service department is not very dependable; they say they do a checklist but I find it hard to beleive they do... when they don't pick up that warning lights on the dash are lit and do anything about it. They do not call with timely info.... things seem to be getting worse....

I don't recommend this place! Took my work van to get service and wanted them to fix cargo doors and make my driver door lock,along with some other stuff.They quoted me 1500 dollar's to fix doors. I ended up fixing them all for 15 bucks for some clips from advance and some WD 40. Krooks!!

I’ve had nothing issues with the car I purchased here in February, its a 2017 Ford Explorer, first it was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, they never fully fixed it, that was $608 because the warranty i bought with the car that they said was the BEST warranty they have!!! But now i understand why they didnt… (needs new motor) SECONDLY the car stopped steering while I was driving and my children were in the car… $3800, warranty didnt cover that also… they fixed it for free after we exchanged words… and told me to take down my review, which i agreed to because i thought they were making it right… WRONG. Took it in for inspection and oil change today. Was told that, I’m missing motor mounts, and the torque mount is damaged and soaked in oil. How was that not caught? And why aren’t motor mounts replaced? While I thought they were trying to make the situation right, they only further damaged my car and is now costing me thousands to fix it. Stay very far away. Don’t waste your money on their fake warranties as well. Never again Wynne Ford never again.

Would highly recommend staying far away. Took my F-250 in to get the injector checked out due to it throwing a check engine light. I dropped the truck off on a Monday to be diagnosed. Hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday so I called and was told they couldn’t get the check engine light to come on, and that I could come pick up the truck. 2 miles into my drive home, boom check engine light comes on. Mike at the service desk has to have by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Upon driving the truck back they tried to say it was the tuner I had plugged in, which has been on my truck for 50k miles, why would it be an issue now? I told them I wanted it an injector balance test ran on it to confirm it’s the injector. I was told it wouldn’t be until the next day before they could look at it and that they would let me know, understandable it was already 5 in the afternoon. 5 o clock the next day comes around still haven’t heard anything, gave them a call and lord behold it was the injector all along. But they said they couldn’t give me a quote due to their systems being down and they would call me first thing Friday morning. 2 o’clock Friday morning no phone call, I called and got the quote and told them to go ahead and replace it, I was told the truck would be ready Monday afternoon or first thing Tuesday morning. Monday comes around and I stopped by truck hasn’t even been started on, was told that it would be ready for sure Tuesday by 5. Got a call Tuesday around noon saying they haven’t started on the truck but there going to try to get to it after lunch for me to pick it up and that they would call me at 3. 5 o’clock rolls around… again no call. So I called again truck still isn’t ready for pickup. I understand delays life happens especially working on vehicles, but the transparency is absolutely horrendous. Definitely will not be thinking about ever taking my truck to anywhere that has their name on the building. Would recommend reading the other low star comments, they are definitely true.

This dealer ship sales you and extended warranty and tells you we will give your money back I don’t want the money I wanted the extended warranty. They like to breach contracts. I don’t recommend this dealer ship to anyone. I’ve also reached out to my attorney and also Wavey Tv 10 on this matter . The public needs to be aware of what this dealer ship is doing to people. They had no problem tacking the money for the truck and then the money for the warranty. I asked before I made final payment on the truck about the extended warranty and they told me we will in spect the truck. Took the truck up to them to get some minor things done and told the service rep Bob who just came back off of vacation that they needed to do and inspection on the truck for the warranty . The sales man called me that afternoon and said your truck is ready. So my wife and I went to pick the truck up and the salesman Rich told me I needed to go see Cole. We went in Cole’s office and he yes sir this is what I’m going to do for you on the warranty and I was like kool. Cole wrote up the warranty and I signed it and he signed it , wrote him a check paid it in full . Until the trucks a/c stopped working. Then I get a call telling me I have to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. That the truck needed and A/c compressor and had a oil leak, the bearing in the water pump was bad and needed tore placed and it was going to cost me 6,000 put of pocket and I told the service writer that had the warranty and she told me me she would get with Cole and call me back. I never got that call. Please people don’t buy anything from this dealership , because they like to break the law and breach a signed contract and a paid contract. I would like to know who owns this dealership. I liked better when it was Freedom Ford.
