Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly and didnt drag out the process. Fairly straight forward and got us to our payment we were looking for. Had to wheel and deal a little, but hey, thats the way it is with car buying. You never take the first offer. We didnt have a lot of time to hang out and they got us though the process as fast as they could. I would go back.

hey didnt have the pressure sales, as so many other dealerships have. Guy treated as a person, not just anothers sale, i wanted to order a vehicle, not just buy what they had on the lot.

I had a very great experience at the Barnett dealership. The entire staff was very friendly and informative when I was looking to purchase my very first brand new vehicle. Tony did an excellent job of showing me key features and vehicles in my price range. The finance team did a great job helping me find a payment that was affordable and suited my needs. I travel alot and I need a safe dependable car, I will continue to buy my cars from Barnett chrysler, jeep,kia. If anyone goes to Barnett make sure you get Tony as a sales man! He was excellent!

I was happy with the no-haggling experience of buying a new Challenger, and happy with the communication with the salesman and his manager. However, when I came to pick up the car and pay for it, I had an appointment to do this. After getting the detailed information on using the dash knobs, I waited 90 minutes to pay, as the finance person was busy with another party that came before me. There is only one finance person, so I had to wait until they got another one from another dealer. I felt that the finance person should have left the other party for five minutes, while he finalized my sale and received my check. The paperwork was already done in the computer. Having them wait for five minutes, is better than having me wait for 90 minutes. I was late to work as a result, and had no time for lunch. Otherwise, it was a great overall buying experience, and I would highly recommend Trevor Urman as a salesman.

We worked mostly with Rick Sorenson, and he was very diligent and knowledgeable. He stayed on task and explained all aspects of the KIA Soul, as well showing all the details of the operation of the car, the audio system. What an asset to your company, as he was very pleasant and didn't mind taking time. Thanks to Rick.
