WE had a terrific purchasing experience. We came at closing time (didn't realize it) but Shawn was very accomodating and i made an appointment to visit again the next day. He told me about the rebate if we bought a car before the end of February so we saved $1000. When we arranged for pick up of the Forte, Shawn introduced us to the service manager and had a tour of the shop area. We then signed our paperwork with the finance person who was very helpful and friendly too. Then Shawn spent quite a bit of time with us showing me how to sync my phone on the car, where the butons for everything were located and answered all our questions. He also gave us his card and told us to call with any questions. He also called a few days later to see if we had any questions. Top notch customer service!!!!!
