My service advisors Trevor and Beth were exceptionally

My service advisors Trevor and Beth were exceptionally awesome when I brought my truck in for brake replacement for the rear axle. I just can’t give enough accolades to these two for all they do, Ray Dennison GMC is so very fortunate to have such awesome service advisors working for them!My next service visit will be for new tires.

Checked in the service department at 7:15am for a

Checked in the service department at 7:15am for a scheduled oil change appointment, one hour and 30 minutes later I went to the service advisor’s desk to ask about the status of my truck. I was told that my clean truck was across the street getting washed, I looked past the advisor to see it parked next to the building. As it turned out another advisor had my work order and my key fob, apparently unaware that I was waiting. Poor service as usual.

This is my first experience with Ray Dennison but I have

This is my first experience with Ray Dennison but I have had plenty of experience with other dealers and always am on the lookout for trouble. Kerry Roos and Mike Melton of Ray Dennison Buick GMC made the process from start to finish a breeze while getting me the best deal that I could find ANYWHERE in Illinois and outside of it on a new vehicle. From the initial start of the quoting process to the final delivery where the dealership drove 3 hours to drop off was painless and most importantly, I knew I was dealing with a dealership based in ethical practices and with good morals. Kudos to Kerry Roos, Mike Melton and the leadership of this dealership as it shows.
