I called in needing a tire for my escalade, they got the tire in the same day and installed it. It would have netted a 5 star review! All over your store it shows you price match, everywhere! HUGE letters on the service wall. At check in I showed where I found the tire cheaper and the advisor said no problem, just email me a snapshot so we can adjust the price. After the work was complete the advisor came to tell me my vehicle was complete, however he can't price match. We don't price match with Walmart, I responded its all over your shop that you price match. Work was already complete, so I couldn't ask them to remove the tire. Furthermore, the advisor slid in a $50 fee for Road hazard. When I asked the cashier to remove it, she called the advisor to redo the paperwork he gave her some grief and then she got a attitude about how it was her accounting nightmare. Ray Dennison, YOU CAN DO BETTER!

Beautiful Denali 1500. Other than a couple minor glitches, purchase went perfectly smooth. They were ready and paperwork was the easiest I have ever completed. I also felt at ease being around other Vets. I highly recommend the whole staff.
