Had to bring my newly purchased truck back twice for the same thing and it still wasn’t fixed. Ended up fixing it myself. Tried to talk to the manager who just brushed it off. Very slow response when trying to get a hold of someone. Will not use the service center again.

Was promptly greeted by a salesman (Hunter) who was eager to assist me. I was direct with what my goals were with trade in, and the specific vehicle I wanted. After about 2 hrs of mild negotiation with him and the GM (Drew) we reached an agreement that had me driving off with my new AT4 HD.
