Service dept Staff was friendly and very professional. Listened to my car repair request/concerns. Also I was impressed with the site cleanliness. You have a great team of professionals. And I felt appreciated as a Customer. Thank you also for the courtesy shuttle to and from my workplace while my Acadia was getting service. .

We bought a certified preowned 25 Envision Avenue. It has so much technology we are overwhelmed. Our salesman did not explain any of it except on the test drive. The last previous purchase from a different dealer we received at least a half hour lesson on the technology before they let us drive away. That is a much better way to do business!

Everyone that we worked with was so kind and helpful. We had dropped off our 2006 Hummer for the service department.on Sunday and looked at some new vehicles. We currently were driving a 2023 Acadia, and we looked at a few 2026 vehicles, Made a call to the dealership, talked with Nate Smith and test drove a few vehicles and they worked up a "Trade-In" for our Acadia. I drove the 2026 Enclave home and my husband brought it back that afternoon. We ended up making the deal and purchasing the 2026 Enclave. The customer service was great! We have been long time customers with Velde and had the same great experience!

I have always had quality work done every time I came in for service. When I do talk to a sales person, it has been Skip and he has been very helpful in deciding what I want and need in a new car. Not really any pressure either way. Whole staff is so friendly.
