I’m not going to lie, i’ve had some terrible experiences at dealerships up until now at Texan. Eddie from the service department has treated my family and I so very well. He’s been absolutely honest, kind, and we can’t possibly express how thankful we are for him. When our car went into the shop we were down a vehicle which stressed us out so he got us a loaner as soon as possible, even when I mistakenly left wallet in the loaner after the fact. He gave me his word that he would get it for me before my flight coming up and he delivered on it. I truly mean it when I say this man deserves a raise, he communicated the entire step of the way and I highly recommend anyone who shows up here to ask for Eddie because he’s absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Eddie!

Mr. Rodrigo went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop with the outcome of what needed to be serviced from the beginning to the end. He had my Uber thay was taking me back to work arrive promptly and this ensured i made it to work in a timely time. I am beyond thankful for his help and patience with me, as I have no knowledge about vehicles and them needing service! Mr. Rodrigo's communication was phenomenal! I got my truck back just in time for me to go to my first blood infusion with my oncologist. I am very thankful!

It was a horrible experience for us. We discussed pricing beforehand and confirmed pricing. After confirmation we travelled from Dallas to Houston to get the car. Instead of making the process of buying car easy, they made it hard for us. It took around 9 hrs just to lease a car. They go back chat for sometime and comeback with some lame reasons to increase the price of the car. Literally they took advantage of the situation to quote the car higher than what was agreed up on. Never ever going to that dealership and never recommending that to anyone
