I recently dropped off my leased Honda Prologue at Honda Leander for its 5,000-mile service on Friday, expecting it to be ready by Monday. While the service timeline was communicated clearly, I was surprised and disappointed that no loaner vehicle was provided during this period. As a lease customer, I assumed a loaner would be standard practice—especially for a multi-day service. Unfortunately, I wasn’t offered one, nor was I informed about any policy limitations or availability issues in advance. This caused significant inconvenience over the weekend and into the workweek.
