Quick and easy dropoff and pick up for an oil change. Once you get the lay of the land (Parking lot) everything is set up to be as streamlined and painless as possible. Looking forward to many years of future service on our vehicles.

I appreciated being directed to the correct office for my

I appreciated being directed to the correct office for my interior cleaning of my van. Multiple offices on grounds was a bit confusing to find where I needed to go. Tim at front service desk was prompt in getting me booked in and out pre and post service. He was personable and attended to my request to clean interior wind shield well. I treated my husband who is partially disabled to an interior van clean up since he can not do it himself well. The only complaint is that since the back seats were folded down the carpets under the folded seats were not vacuumed. And the seats themselves were not wiped down. I did not think I had to ask for that to be done since it is easy to lift and unfold seats to clean. I guess they just wanted to leave folded seats the way they were in the van upon check in. After paying $205. I left because I had to get back to work but will vacuum back seat floors myself at home. But next time I will be more specific about some of the obvious interior needs of cleaning. Other than that the interior looked and smelled clean. And my husband was happy for the service treat. I will bring my own car for same service soon. Thank you Tim and other worker in Kia office that escorted me to Tim. You all are awesome. Be well.

My Telluride was in for its 30,000 mile major service. Jim in Service was courteous, thoughtful and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. I appreciated receiving the video showing all of the work done. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and excellent support.

Very helpful and excellent support. My first call was into Hector, and he was wonderful to get me set up for service. Then Tim helped me getting the level of service I needed. I feel that they had my best interest in mind and helped me keep the cost of service as low as possible. They got my truck back to me quickly. I gladly paid the cost of the service! It was a huge relief to get my truck serviced and, on the road, again. Thank you!

Dealer is tacking on a large market adjustment.

Dealer is tacking on a large market adjustment. Personally I call this a greed tax. When I challenge the salesperson on this, the salesperson got angry with me and started arguing with me how they are required to add this market adjustment. He was extremely irate and it felt like he was ready to start swearing at me. Any dealership who adds on a market adjustment is just plain greedy. They're taking advantage of their customers and a crappy situation. They should be ready for certain customers to be irate with them or to be frustrated by the situation at minimum. Attacking those potential customers just shows you what kind of business they are. They're only looking at their potential customers is "marks". Or in other words money bags to be exploited. Dealerships have no real value in existing in the modern world. Lee Johnson Kia just proved this to me with the interaction I had with them.

our sales person King was great and very helpful. Scott the sales manager did everything from his end to make it happen. Roman explained all the legal documents with very professional manner and helped me and may wife to understand the process. Thank you so much KIA team.

Outstanding service as usual in the service department

Outstanding service as usual in the service department during my recent visit! Everything was explained, the work timeframe given was accurate and the staff was awesome to deal with! The only thing I would recommend is to get the online scheduler working so one can make appointments online, allowing staff to spend more time with customers!

Had a recall on 2008 kia sportage.

Had a recall on 2008 kia sportage. Simple 1 hour repair. Jim C. and the service team got me in and out quickly and also did a 21 pt. check on the car. Always well taken care of by Jim and the service team. Larry Groves.
