Champion Mazda is the best dealership in Owensboro, KY!!!! You are treated like one of their family. Preston Anderson is the best salesman I have ever encountered!!! This is the second time buying a SUV from him. Preston is so honest, friendly, with great moral character. He makes the customer feel so relaxed in discussing any purchasing experience. I think of him with the utmost respect and integrity which could be difficult during these economic times. Do not hesitate at all dealing with this dealership!!! Everyone else that I worked with from the sales manager Andrew to the Owner Duke treated me like no other dealership has ever accomplished!!! Please give them your business because you will so impressed like I have been for so many years. Just OUTSTANDING!!!! Highest Highest praise I can give!!! FYI their service department is also Fantastic!! Thank you Preston their is no one better than you😃. I think of you as one of my family just like you have treated me since we met. You are Amazing the world needs a lot more men just like you!!!

Glenn, Thanks SO much for this fantastic review of Preston, our employees and our dealership. Your business is greatly valued and I am happy we were able to make you a repeat customer. Enjoy that beautiful new ride! Sincerely, Duke Brubaker General Manager
When a salesperson says they can do one thing and then goes back on it-- especially when they know the situation then it is very disheartening to continue to try any further. Sales person was polite and respectful, but in the end I feel like I was lied to and that sucks.

Not sure what happened here, but I'd be happy to discuss it. Without knowing your name, that make it difficult on my end to reach out to you. Please email me at [email protected] with more information to see if I can help. Thanks Duke Brubaker General Manager
WORTH THE 330 MILE TRIP!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! This dealership!!!! I wasn't there typical customer I'll Admit that up front, but they really worked with me on a Truck they had in stock on there lot. They worked REALLY GOOD NUMBERS on my Trade In I bought a NEW FORD F-150 of all things. I can admit I buy cars like most people buy Fast Food so I know exactly what I want and am easy to deal with. Worked with Javonte via TEXT for the whole deal which was great, as its hard for me to take calls with my job. Took a few days to get some free time as It was a 330 mile drive from my house but was well worth it!! I arrived the Truck was freshly detailed, full tank of gas, Window Sticker to highlight options which I always LOVE! Looked around was very impressed with there dealership, went inside Met with Javonte for first time treated me like we known each other for years. I met with Linda in Finance (Great Honest woman, taught me a lot with all her wisdom from being inside the Auto Sales industry for years) signed a few times I was in and out faster then a Fast Food order. If I ever were to consider a NEW Ford I would gladly take the drive to Back Kentucky to buy from them again! Thanks for everything guys!!!!!

Found out 4 days after purchase that the truck was not new. It had been sold previously. The first owner put approximately 175 miles on it and then traded it back for something else. They sold it to me as a brand new truck. I found the previous owners sales contract in the glove box. It showed 34 miles was on the odometer when he purchased it. There was a little over 200 miles on the odometer when I bought it. When I received the title from the state of Kentucky it showed that the truck only had 10 miles on the odometer when I bought it. They sent a false odometer reading on the title papers. Three and a half weeks after my purchase the moonroof leaked and flooded the cab. There was a water puddle in the floor and water running out of the dashboard. I was told by their service manager that the drain tube was stopped up. I asked why they were. He asked if I kept it in a garage. When I told him no he said they were stopped up because I was not keeping it in a garage. This after I only had it for three and a half weeks. It had set on their lot for several months. They also tried to give it back to me without drying out the interior. After this I started having problems with the electrical equipment. I had it to two other dealers and they couldn't get the problems fixed. It just kept getting worse. I called Ford and all I got out of them was, take it to a dealer. I traded it for a chevy. This was my seventh new vehicle from Championford in thirteen years. I expected better. I feel at the very least their practices are unethical. And yes I still have all the paperwork to prove my claims. Took a loss when I traded the truck. I still get angry about the way I was treated.

My overall car buying experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! To be honest, if it were not for Ms. Linda (the financial manager; (I think that's her title)) I would have walked away. I drove from Louisville 1 hour 50 minutes to pick up the car only to be treated like I didn't matter. Long story short, I was working via email with Scott Saye my salesman. To be very honest, I had no issues with Scotte via email, text or phone. He was very patient because I had a lot of questions as well as reservations and he assured me that everything would be good. Several times throughout the week I was supposed to come to the dealership but it was postponed due to not having proper documents from my credit union. Fast fwd. I received my documents to proceed late Friday 4pm central time. I arrived at Champion about 6:30pm. Upon, arrival I was greeted by Scotte and we proceeded to complete all loose ends (signatures from me and spouse). One thing that Scotte did that was somewhat off putting was he talked thru me to my spouse. For example: "he needs to sign here" instead of saying, "can you sign here". My spouse was in the seat next to me. Anyways, all the documents up until this point showed that the mileage on the vehicle was 10 miles. The way it was advertised online and all my paperwork. (i realized later some documents had 35 miles). My husband ask for keys to the vehicle and scotte stated the keys were in the CX5. My husband went to the Mazda started it and noticed the vehicle had 184 miles on it. My spouse came back in and said "hey man this car has almost 200 miles on it" and demanded to know WHY. (my husbands voice is deep and carries)...Scotte shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know why (that is the wrong answer and body gesture) and proceeded to tell my husband not to be rude. My husband told me to get my things b/c we were going to leave and Scotte told us "bye". Really, "BYE" and then some other choice words and Scotte ultimately dropped the folder and stormed out of the building. WOW, really? To many 184 miles may seem very petty and that is fine. However, it was a huge difference from being advertised as 10 miles. This could've been handled differently. This let me know that he didn't care about my EXPERIENCE and that he only cared about selling the car. Ultimately, I ended up with the car that I have been researching for the last 2 years. However, the NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE has been a NIGHTMARE. I didn't get a PICTURE at the dealership as a new customer with my new car. I didn't get let me show you the features of your car or anything. I mean it was AWFUL. I somehow still feel cheated. I ended up leaving with the vehicle because I was tired of searching for the best deal. It is not the PRODUCT it is the people selling the PRODUCT that made it a horrible experience. Again, I would rate my experience a 1 but I had to bump it up based on my interaction with Ms. Linda. Jim the sales manager also made a slight monetary gesture in order for me to drive off the lot but I feel they still missed the BIG picture. I was told that Scotte had an event that evening and he was being inconvenienced by staying late. Is that my fault as the customer? I should be excited about my car and I am still traumatized by the lack of professionalism. I did leave a message with GM and he returned my call. Thanks

Fastlane Service As always, I took our `17 MKX into Fastlane at Champion Ford/Lincoln for regular service. The staff got me in and out in an expedient fashion and completed the service and delivered my freshly washed vehicle, while I enjoyed a cup of coffee and caught up with the morning paper. Thank You

Bought my 2010 Prius from them on March 3, 2018. Looked at car earlier in the week, but something seemed ?off? about the car. However, it was very rainy and humid the first time I looked at the car. Saw they still had the car on the 3rd, and felt it was worth a second look. All the quirks from the first day had disappeared. Found out the car just needed a complete tune up and the throttle body cleaned. I spent about 4 hours getting things right, and now the car does exactly as it is designed to. Ernie and the rest of the staff will take care of you. Their hometown, ?good ole boy? demeanor will make you feel right at home. Whenever it is time to buy another car, I will shop with them again. Thanks again to everyone at the dealer for making the buying process so comfortable.
