Amanda is great! She is very friendly and I didn’t feel at all pressured. She was very patient with me and my friend despite us being slightly difficult. She helped me to understand everything in my car before I left the lot with it and made sure I didn’t have any questions before she let me go. I recently had the most pleasant experience in buying a new vehicle from Port Charlotte Honda/VW. I had contacted the dealership online and came into contact with Travis McFord. Travis is a true professional and knowledgeable about their vehicles. There was no high pressure and Travis only concern was to accommodate me in pursuit of the vehicle I wanted. I called to make an appointment and spoke Gene the Manager who also was very accommodating. I told Gene I was on my way to dealership and when I got there I was surprised Travis came in on his day off just to meet and accommodate me. He even went far and beyond as I left a couple of items in the vehicle I purchased and he was kind enough to mail them back to as we live in Ft. Myers, FL. I highly recommend Travis if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
