Everything was great with my visit. I will come back here for my next service. I was told it would take 1 hour and it did.

The service dept.

The service dept. representative was awesome. I liked the video from the repairman and the continuous updates. The facility was clean and a great area to work and play while you waited for you vehicle.

Mustafa is best person to go to when it comes to buying

Mustafa is best person to go to when it comes to buying cars, he?s very negotiable person. We were there for awhile because my parents were upset with the price, happy to say that I left with a brand new car for my birthday because of Mustafa. I recommend him!! Thank you!!

Not sure where to start.

Not sure where to start. I was the first person into the service center and told the text wouldn?t be there for another 30 minutes I asked why schedule an appointment if they?re not on site was told so you could be first in line. I asked how long will it take once they get my car this was for an oil change. He told me an hour hour and 15 minutes. So I?m waiting coffee machine is broken. Great first thing in the morning no coffee starting off well. By 720 I get a text message to the video of my car inspection. I can?t open it it just spins. So I put the phone down and start reading. I?m looking around. People are coming and going service advisors are talking to other customers. My service advisor hasn?t come out to see me yet so I go in the back at about 815 and another service advisor. Asked me if I?m Miss Jones. That?s an alias by the way. He said oh did you get our text about your service issues? I said I got a text for a video inspection but couldn?t open it so wasn?t helpful. He started to go over all the things that the inspection revealed that were issues that should be addressed. I said I?m not interested. I?ve been waiting for almost 2 hours now and no one?s come out to talk to me. I explained I was disappointed and felt disrespected. He said he was sorry but my service advisor had be called out for dispatch or something like that. I asked why couldn?t he or someone else come out and let me know what was going on that text message I got with the video inspection was at 7:20. It is now 820 that?s an hour later and I?ve not had anybody come out to speak to me. Again he apologized and said he?d have my car ready in a few minutes. He did come out let me know my car was ready gave me the bill. I paid it and I left and I?m never going back.

We found a low mileage Honda that was in great shape and priced well. Toney Rogers was very helpful in getting us in and through the process quickly. We had only one slight issue with the vehicle but they were able to get it worked out for us.
