I had an amazing experience with Reggie Jackson Honda of Raleigh. Timothy White exceeded expectations and I couldn’t be more happier with this purchase!

I had my CR-V hybrid serviced and the service advisor was very helpful with questions I had and understanding my expectations. He was not pushy with suggested repairs, which was nice. I liked the open waiting area and complementary coffee station. They also had an arcade, which I?ll have to spend time in there the next time I come in.

It was my first complementary service so did not have to pay but the service was great! Would not justify the price if you have to pay out of pocket.

Jon was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. The service was completed quickly. I'll definitely come back here for all my future servicing.

After the transaction, my salesperson parked the car outside probably where they park customer's car. When I asked where the car was, the salesperson pointed the direction to me. Many new cars looks alike. I was not familiar with my new car. I had to go around to look for it. If the vehicle was cleaned the cleaner forgot to take out those paper matts inside.
