Had a good experience. I hadn't planned on trading off my old CRV but felt the new one was priced for a good value so decided to do it as Ronnie was willing give me a better value on my trade in. Zach did a nice job on selling me on it, as well as going through all the features and functions of the electronics.

By far the best experience i have ever had when purchasing a car, and if you know me, i went through a lot of them in my early years LOL. HIGHLY recommend Zach to be your car salesman going forward, this guy did EVERYTHING he could to help me walk out with a brand new 2026 Honda Civic, even though i was unsure if i wanted to buy. This guy answered ALL my questions, went above and beyond running around the dealership for me, AND was overall a fun guy to work with. Vern Eide is lucky to have him on their team!
