Things were bad, but they made it great!

When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. My schedule is very full and making time is difficult. After they hear my situation, they found a way to get me in and out on my exact time requested. Because of this type of service, I will not only be back, but will bring my other car here.

Matt was very good my service work was done on time the valve price was great the entire service team was very friendly and helpful

Professionalism

Good experience, everyone friendly, wait time good. The waiting room, clean, quiet, and free coffee. Notified when car was ready. Easy to pay for services

Terry helped me buy a car!

Terry Bass and the team we’re a huge help for me in buying my first car! Everyone I worked with was great and knowledgeable and helpful and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else! Exceptional Service as always

I have been dealing with the Service Center at Wolfchase Hyundai for several years now and I have been very pleased with the level of service and customer commitment that i receive from them. Great Salesman/Great Car

As an older widow with absolutely no car buying experience, I came in w/ cash and a lower budget than most car dealers wish to handle. Joe Wilder met all my needs with patience and professionalism. The Elantra is a delightful car which Joe brought in under budget. When I had mild panic two days after driving it off the lot, Joe was right there again to help. I may have to make him part of my family.

Customer satisfaction

Lynn Webb who is our sales person did a good job meeting our needs ,very respectful and open and treated us like with VIP treatment .Eventhough he already made the sale to us he keeps updating us with regards to the status of the things that we must have at our transaction -the all season mat, the replacement part for the car handle door and his promise for the first full tank gas plus the VIP car wash whenever we'll bring our newly bought Sta Fe to the dealership .. Mark Martin on finance is very thorough with the paperworks ... In order ... Excellent Job gentlemen!
