Excellent customer service as always. JoAnn makes sure I know what is going on and whether or not I need certain service items. Great place to get car serviced!

Kat McElravey rocks!

Kat has been taking care of me and my Sonata since I purchased it. She is knowledgeable and always helpful and pleasant to work with. She goes the extra mile to make her customers feel appreciated.

JoAnn Gooden is excellent as always. Superb customer service

The service dept. is friendly and professional. And Joanne is helpful and knowledgeable. I won't take my car anywhere else. Wolfchase Hyundai is the Gold Standard

System Upgrade

I have done business with this dealership since 2007. Joanne Goodson in the service department usually handles all of my needs. She is professional and thorough.

Exceeds Expectations

When we went to Wolfchase Hyundai, we expected the same treatment as we had gotten at not only other dealerships, but even other Hyundai dealerships in the area which was minimum help; me and my friend are both in our early twenties, in graduate school, and although we do have a good income for our age due to being graduate assistants at our university, we had received basically no help. At other dealerships, the stereotypical car salesmen rush when you parked the car didn't happen. Nobody approached us and if someone did, it was an older salesmen who immediately handed us off to some young guy close to our age: I work in sales as a second job. I know when I'm being handed over because that person doesn't think they will get a sale. I immediately leave when that happens; just ask the CarMax next door to the Wolfchase Hyundai. When we got there, there were some of those salesmen that did this and they might want to reconsider their approaches to every customer. However, then we met Jill and she was absolutely amazing. Again, I work in sales so I do not get tempted by the "you have to sign now, limited time" xx. She didn't do that at all. As she joked, "I'm the least pushy salesperson you will ever meet". She wasn't lying. She was funny, she listened to our needs, helped us with concerns. After initially saying we needed time to think on it, she gave us her number and we went on our way. During that time, we didn't get any pushy calls. Not a million text messages telling us to come back. But anytime we had a question, she immediately answered. On the other end of this was the manager Tony; I swear they were like a dynamic duo because he just as nice as her and helped us every step of the way to make it seem like they legit wanted to help us and not just make a quick buck. After getting my car, they have kept in contact and everything has been great. On a final note, to give an example of going beyond what normal people would do the car we bought had a third of a tank already. While it is standard for most places to fill the car, she could have easily filled the last fourth and been done with it. Instead, I had an appointment that next week to get some dealership add ons to be installed so I had to come back up there. She told me when I came in she would fill it. Amazing. As long as Jill and/or Tony still works there in the future, they will have a customer for life. After we pay off this car in a year, best believe I will be up for another vehicle!

Transmission flush

Went in for an oil change and was told was due for a trans flush. Did not have time that day but arranged and appointment time. Work was done in the estimated time.

We had a wonderful experience!!!

Joe Wilder was very helpful and patient, answered all of our questions. We felt no pressure. We would recommend anyone go see him without hesitation.

Oil Change & Maintenance of Car

I had my Oil changed yesterday and a few other things done that needed to be done. Ian Rasumssen was the person in the Service Department that helped me. He was very nice and helpful and even though it was late in the day and probably time for him to be getting off work he went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy when I left. I could take my car anywhere to get the oil changed but I always take it to Wolfchase Hyundai because the people that work here are helpful and good to their customers.

experience was good. Took a little long but good all in all

Joe Wilder went the extra mile with us. He is a very good salesman. He spent extra time with us and did not hurry us.

Very good experience

Everyone was very nice and helpful Joann is always so cheerful and helpful in service. Rico was very patient and knowledgeable about extended warranty options Theresa went over the menus in the dash computer and covered everything I wanted to know.
