A wonderful experience from starting with hot chocolate to leaving in a very nice clean car. Looking forward to working with the service department for the next couple of years. We met the service manager and he was very encouraging about the care he would give our car

Rico did a great job working with me to get a car I really like (although white is my preferred color for an auto, the silver is fine). He was good to set up all the electronic stuff so I don't feel so dumb trying to figure things out. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I walked in (had done my "homework) so I wasn't a "hard" sell! Your finance guy is very nice, too, and explained things as we worked on the paperwork.

Service center is clean well maintained. Service I received was quick and efficient, car was returned washed and cleaned even though temps were below freezing

I had excellent service on the actual repair. However, getting someone to call be back to update me on the special order leather took quite a few calls on my part.

Took my car in for regular maintenance and was treated promptly and everyone was pleasant . Would recommend service department to friends and family in the future.

My service adviser is Joanne, she is the best. Joanne is the reason I keep coming to this dealership.Joanne make sure that all her customers are taken very good care of. If Joanne is not working I will wait until she will be there to come in for service. Joanne has awesome customer service skills.

I visited service department to have backup camera checked. They also noted other problems and recalls that needed to be addressed. All problems were corrected. So thankful for the detailed attention and updates throughout my visit
