Great

Kat always provides excellent customer service whenever I bring my car in for regular maintenance. She makes sure all details and costs are communicated in advance so there are no surprises at checkout.

Awful New Sales Department

Purchased a 2019 Hyunda not impressed by the way the purchase was handled, or the vehicle pre delivery. The car had not been detailed but the dealership promised to address the lack of detailing on this brand new vehicle if I brought the car back which I did. Not only did the vehicle come back looking the same as when it went in, expect for a cleaner windscreen, the interior was still covered in dust & the body was dull & still felt like it was covered in grainy waxy sand which it still feels like today. Tires & wheels were still dirty & carpets had not been vacuumed. Couldn't be bothered to complain, had enough of this dealership.! It took all day to purchase this vehicle & that was for a vehicle that I did not require or request financing ! I threatened to leave if they couldn't get this done & was on my way within 10 min ! I have yet to experience the Service Department which I assume will not be any better but I'll certainly make a point of reviewing them.

Above and beyond expectations

There were several issues that came up during the process, but the sales, finance, and general management team rose above the challenges and did whatever they could to provide a great resolution. All of the people I listed below demonstrated exceptional customer care (especially James Dean, Rico Brown, and Hayden Moore). This is my third Hyundai purchase and I will be back for future purchases. I will highly recommend this team to everyone I know in the market for a vehicle

Excellent service

Fast, thorough, curtious. Would highly recomend this dealership for purchases and services. Not pushy. They respect your time and explain everything. They do not preform services without your consent.

2016 Veloster

It is essential for a business to employ individuals that not only have the knowledge of their trade, but also know how to communicate that knowledge with the customer. You have both in Joanne. Joanne Jackson Gooden is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend buying a Hyundai from Wolfchase Hyundai just because of her. They have a great waiting room also.

Love Hyundai

Been a Hyundai girl for awhile now. Wolfchase Hyundai is my dealership. Service department is always , and work is done quickly. Joanne is the best.
