Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!
They offered to buy my car after i looked up the value on Kelley Blue Book as part of the KBB "Instant Cash Offer". I went to them and they instantly started playing sales games. Made me wait for about an hour while I could clearly see that no one even looked at my vehicle. Then, they stated the KBB offer ended at midnight so they could only pay me 15% LESS and not honor the KBB price for dealers. I left and they called me 5 minutes later asking me to come back so they could honor the price. Filled out all the ppwk, including the payoff to the loan company and they owe me the balance. That was 3 days ago and now they are saying the check will take up to 2 more weeks. Meanwhile.......they have posted my vehicle on their site for sale!! They are literally trying to sell a vehicle they haven't even paid for yet!!! More sales games.

Great sales team
We really enjoyed our buying experience at Wolfchase. Our salesman ( Randy) listened to our needs, showed us a couple of vehicles he thought we might like..Randy was very good at his job. I will not buy from a pushy sales person. Randy made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions.

Excellent as Always
I was sent an email to remind me to make a service appoint and when I arrived I found out that there was a recall on certain parts which had been responsible for several small things that had bugged me. All went well. Car is driving so much better. All personnel were friendly and courteous. My car was washed. To top off a good day, I received a rose because it was "Lady's Day.".
