Sold me a car they either can’t or are too incompetent to register and gave me attitude when I complained that I have to come up there repeatedly for tag extensions every other week when I live 45 minutes away. Spoke with a manager last week who swore up and down all drive out tags would overnighted to me but they failed to do so. I called up there to find out what they were going to do to rectify the situation and was greeted with an unfriendly attitude. Wouldn’t recommend buying a car from people who are unable to register the car they sell you after four months.

Kat is very attentive and seems to care about her customers. She is on top of any problems you may have and takes the necessary steps to satisfy the customer.

Great experience. Couldn't get appointment day I called (around 11am) but got in next day at 9am. Pulled in behind 5 cars lined up at service bays. Parked, went inside found advisor I made appointment with and was out of there in 10 minutes with loaner. Car was ready in under 3 hours.

Thanks to Ian, our Sonata we purchased used from an individual is running better than ever! We had a fender well and under body pans replaced which improves aerodynamics and broken parts don't rub on the wheels anymore. Thanks Ian!
