We purchased a new family SUV from Hall in Brookfield over the weekend after shopping around at several independent dealers throughout Wisconsin this month. Beyond offering the best out-the-door quote, this dealership was extremely easy to work with and made the purchasing process smooth, which we greatly appreciated. We drove 2+ hours to pick up the vehicle rather than purchasing from dealers nearby home that weren’t as competitive or as easy to work with. Mike Miroslaw is so good at what he does. This is our 4th vehicle that we have leased through Mike at Hall and I’m sure there will be more. He is the exact opposite of what you think of when you think of car salespeople. He is genuinely nice and welcoming. He is straight to the point, no xx. He is ready for us when we get there. He is professional but kind. We love getting out cars from Mike at Hall. The finance person was also very nice, right to business, and made that process smooth and easy.

Purchased a Mazda3 Sedan from sales associate Eric Parson. This was one of the easiest, fastest, and most informative car-buying experiences I've ever had. Eric and I handled basically the entire purchase via text (minus delivery), since I live about two hours away and texting is much easier for me while I'm at work. Every question I had was answered promptly, and Eric made the entire process incredibly easy. And don't even get me started on delivery—an hour and I was out the door, and that's with a trade-in! Everything was ready to go when I arrived, with no messing around or wasting my time. Eric is basically the man of men. If you're looking for a Mazda, I highly recommend asking for him. Great experience from beginning to end.
