Great encounter from the time Deidra answered my call to the time she text to see how my ride home was in my new GX! If you ever need a vehicle please ask for Deidra…it was like we had been friends forever. Welcomed my daughter and 2 of my grands in and showed them the play room which was a big hit!!! I am giving one star we had the rudest salesman ever!! We went to buy a Gx550 and he said he could not even show us one because they are all sold!! Did not even try to work with us!! We will not be returning! On to another Lexus Dealership!!😡
