Visit Lexus of Louisville for pricing/service. Kenny Kent unethical ($1,000 deposits). Try to keep without disclosing non-refundable. $10,000 higher than Lexus TX 350 in Louisville. Very unprofessional. Sales manager screamed and chased us through the lobby. Internal investigation conducted by Joseph Walton, concluded that it was "customary to escort guests like this". After we left, Michael Jarman continued to harass us and called several times without leaving a message. We lodged a complaint with Evansville Police due to the severity of this lunatic. My suggestion, if you want lower pricing and professionalism, see Adrian Vogt at Lexus of Louisville. The provide a loaner auto within a 150 mile radius. That's right, they will pick up your car from Louisville, provide a loaner, and drive your car back to you. Fantastic!!!

OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS BEWARE!! IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN 5 SPECIFIC STATES, YOU WILL PAY SALES TAX TWICE! I HAVE BOUGHT CARS IN SEVERAL STATES AND NEVER HAD TO PAY SALES TAX TWICE UNTIL I WENT TO THIS LEXUS DEALER. THEY ARE SO LOW DOWN THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL THE CUSTOMER (ME) WE WOULD OWE SALES TAX IN INDIANA AND OUR HOME STATE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NAMESAKE GROUP OF CAR LOTS. KENNY KENT AGAIN. IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS HERE, MAKE SURE YOU ASK AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING EVERYTHING! They also took my cargo mat out of my brand-new car and initially said it didn't come with one until I pointed it out on the sticker. It took almost 3 weeks for them to ship me one. BE AWARE!!!!!!

I called to confirm availability for a QX80 posted on the web for $51,847 and was told that the price listed could not be honored -- the actual price should have been $59K. Either a serious posting error, or a bait and switch....be careful with theses guys.
