Hi Karen, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at Burdick Mitsubishi. If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!
Driver's Village is an overpriced service provider and dishonest in their practices. I took my car to have a check engine light diagnosed, wheel bearing replaced, tires and inspection. I was told after the diagnostics that I would also need a cvt hose, battery, peanut bulbs and cvt pan along with the wheel bearing. They said I had to replace it so my check engine light would go off. I questioned this because I replaced the battery in December. They said the cvt hose and bearing would be covered by my extended warranty.I asked what I would need to pay out of pocket for the battery, tires, bulbs and cvt pan, they said 1,800. I asked them to email me the details they did not. I went to pick my rental up later that day I asked them to print the quote for the 1,800, they informed me that they miscalculated and that it was going to cost 2,300. I was shocked and made it known to them that this was ridiculous. If I had the time to go elsewhere I would've and had no choice but to let them proceed. Forward four days later. I pick my car up and not more than forty minutes later my check engine light comes on. I call drivers village to let them know. I bring it back the next morning to have them look at it and they tell me it's because the oil was very dark and the oil needed to be changed. I said you told me the engine light was on because the car needed a new battery. I did not let them do the oil change and took it to valvoline where I paid an additional 101.00 for an oil change. I was hesitant to bring my car back to drivers village because I had a bad experience with another car I brought there for an inspection they failed for brakes and quoted almost 700 to be fixed. I refused and took it to Monro who passed the car and suggested I report drivers village to the NYS DMV. I should've listened to my gut and took my car somewhere else.

I was at the dealer ship for routine service and decided to explore their new and used car inventory. The sales people helped me look at the best options and were very good in selection and negotiations.

Hi Daniel, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
You have to be careful. Those clerks at the service desk do not know what they're talking about. They told me 2 falsehoods about a warranty on the alternator and how I was going to be charged for my diagnosis on the phone for my car's brain.
