One of the worst places to buy any car!

DO NOT BUY FROM POCATELLO NISSAN KIA!! They will make you upside down in any car you buy because of all the ridiculous fees, adding extended warranty they WILL NOT HONOR, worth of thousands. The managers will drive any car as a demo and run it to the ground then sell it to you with issues, so you buy it, buy the extended warranty, you will find an issue with the car, you will take it to the service department to have it fixed under your extended warranty that you just got in hole because of it, they WILL DENY IT. Their service department will not check out the cars they take on trade or buy from auctions. They will slap a sticker on the windshield saying they changed the oil, just to make it look like they did something but they did not. They are the cheapest when it comes to quality, they are the most corrupt, dishonest dealership in town. No ethics whatsoever. They will rip you off and sleep at night with no regrets. Oh and make sure you ask about VTR fee when you are buying and be amazed by the BS answer. It is to recover the vehicle in case of theft they will tell you. Think about it? Then why is it mandatory to carry full coverage? The answer, is you don't need to pay for VTR because it is a bunch of money they make of you and slap on your loan which makes you owe a lot more than your car is worth, hence, being way upside down when you trade. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Warranty repair

The engine on our 2016 Sportage went out with 84,000 miles. We got it towed to Pocatello Nissan Kia and they set us up in a rental. A week and a half later, they called and our Sportage was done! All under warranty. No problems, hassles, or headaches. She runs wonderfully again! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great car buying experience

My first car buying experience was made super easy. I found exactly what I wanted and never felt pressured to buy a car! Andrew was super helpful and made me feel comfortable in a situation I wasnt used to. Would definitely recommend them!

Scheduled Service on 2017 Rogue

Took our Rouge in for oil, filter and tire rotation. Work was done quicker than anticipated. They called and said the air filter needed replaced and quoted me $29.00. I declined as I was in Walmart and found a Fram filter for $13.00. The filter was dirty and replacing it was harder than on my last Rogue, a 2009. The plastic air intake cover removes vertically and has to fit back in a groove at the bottom when replacing, kind of tricky, but got it done.

My new car

I went down to look for a car having nothing in mind of what I wanted except it had to be a suv type. My husband and I were wandering around looking at different ones when we saw someone(Perry) putting keys into the cars. It was nice that he didnt pounce on us as soon as he saw us. He helped us with info on a few cars and I ultimately decided to buy the Rogue. Lets say Perry was a little undereducated on the vehicles but he did find answers to all of my questions. He wasnt overbearing and made the experience a pleasant one.
