Great first experience at this location.

Great first experience at this location. Brady kept me informed throughout the entire process while getting my oil changed. Received a complete video inspection from the tech which showed me some future maintenance to address. Overall great experience. Thank you

They take care of the customer.

They take care of the customer. Your car is in great care. They're attentive to making sure you have a ride to and from the dealership. It's been a no hassle experience for me. I like the update texts and video about the car too

I found Caden extremely easy and pleasant to work with

I found Caden extremely easy and pleasant to work with and he was extremely helpful in the process. I purchased a new Q7 as I previously owned a 2017 Q7 and was extremely pleased with how it performed and handled as well as the high quality. I have used Audi Lehi to service my previous Audi for the past four years and have found them to be extremely competent and timely.

The diagnostics fell short and my questions were not

The diagnostics fell short and my questions were not addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example. I corrected the problem later after Audi Lehi left repair next steps as “replace engine”. Repair was a $300 part. How can trust be built with this dynamic?
