I enjoyed working with Jon’von. He was very helpful. My car was done on time as promised.

They were helpful and professional at explaining what they were going to do. The computer program issue has improved considerably, but it is not completely resolved.

My car was there for a month. With no loaner and a $7000 bill. For what was supposed to be $3600. The technician misdiagnosed and cost us a bunch.

Two times in a row bad advice on tire repair/purchase. Recommended a tire replacement due to damage that was not repairable. It actually was. Recommended replacement of all 4 tires due to excessive wear and alignment. They weren't, and alignment was not necessary.

They finally fixed an issue with the Apple CarPlay that has been frustrating me, Jon'von listened to my complaint and made sure it got resolved
