I traveled from Las Vegas to purchase a 2019 Audi e-tron after negotiating the price in advance and confirming travel plans with the dealership. After completing the purchase I later received the CarFax showing three prior accidents that were not clearly disclosed beforehand. The vehicle also had unsafe tire conditions and a damaged charging port emergency release cable. I’m currently working with regulators to resolve the matter. Update - It has been over a month and they pretended to send me a reimbursement for the tires only to bait me into removing my review. They tried to get me to remove this under false pretense.

I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership in the past 15 years, and they are the best! The Manager Nathan Proctor is very honest and amazing! I purchased an A5 this time and love the car. My Sales Associate Jason Arnold knew the vehicle inside and out and really took the time to teach me about the car and was so kind and patient.

Elijah was definitely amazing! Thanks so much for a great experience. I felt like I mattered when it counted. Sal was my first point of contact, he greeted me with a warm smile, I followed him inside and there I met my main guy, Elijah. He asked me some questions, requested my key, and arranged an UBER ride for me after explaining what time my car would be ready. This guy sent another UBER to pick me up at the said upon time. He called me to let me know my car was getting washed and that my car was in excellent condition. Thank you Audi Marin!
