Rude and incompetent.

Rude and incompetent. Customer service is a joke. Obviously they didn?t want to do their job. Would not recommend. I will not be purchasing any more Toyotas.

All cars I buy from now on will be at Oxmoor Toyota! Amazing customer service and get you in and out with zero hassle. Willing to work on your time frame. William Adrio is the best salesman I have every worked with and shoots it to you straight and is very knowledgeable of the cars and markets. We are a Toyota family now and William is our go to person.

My salesperson was wonderful.

My salesperson was wonderful. Easy going and made sure not to make us feel pressured into anything. Got us a great car as well that I love so far. Only complaint I have is I contacted them concerning a different vehicle and scheduled an appointment to see it for same day. Once we got there we were informed they had sold that car as soon as we had got there. Im disappointed that this happened but still pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and would purchase another vehicle here again.

I had a positive experience at Oxmoor Toyota.

I had a positive experience at Oxmoor Toyota. They did not keep me at the dealership for hours. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were very apologetic when it took almost 2 months for my car to get there. Josh Swartz was good to work with.

Darrell Coffey approached us as my wife and I were

Darrell Coffey approached us as my wife and I were viewing the Toyota Trucks. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about everything Toyota!! We were only there to look but ended up leasing a Toyota Tacoma. Everything from start to finish was superb. We will definitely refer and return to Oxmoor Toyota and salesperson Darrell Coffey next time we need another vehicle!!
