It was great! Would recommend the dealership and Simo to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Am on my 10th Volkswagen and there will probably be an 11th down the road.

I've walked out of dealerships disgusted in the past, even had to try to fight to get my keys back after they took them to see my car for a possible trade in. When my husband got his last car, we had to argue over an hour that we would not take the extended warranty, something I will never take because I have mechanical breakdown insurance through my auto insurance company at a ridiculously low rate. Not this time. I called about a car and Kel verified it was still on the lot and then called when I was later than he expected me to be to see it. He was knowledgeable about manual transmission cars, something you get little of even from dealerships for companies that still carry manual transmissions. He did not try to sell me something different or an upgraded car where he may have made more commission. He did not try to talk me out of a manual transmission, or laugh at me for wanting a manual transmission like happened to me before. The man knows his line of cars! Working with Rob for financing was a breeze. Unlike in the past, I wasn't treated like I couldn't get a loan on my own because I am a woman. Rob just ran the paperwork. He then explained options and didn't pressure me into any warranties. He gave his recommendations and left it up to me. I was there less than an hour for the test drive on Saturday afternoon and returned Monday for paperwork and for Kel to go over the features with me. That took less than an hour too. I've had it all take 4 hours in the past. All went well, and was for the first time in my 38 years of driving,a pleasant experience. It doesn't hurt that the car sells itself. This die-hard 3 pedal driver is happy!

My wife and I recently purchased a new VW Beetle from Wynn. It was a pleasure dealing with both Kel and Rob. They did everything possible to make our purchase memorable. You know when you purchase a new vehicle they try to sell you all the extended warranty options, of course they mentioned it but when we said "no thanks" they did not push. If we should ever purchase another VW we will purchase it from Wynn.

I was very pleased with my visit to Jim Wynn Volkswagen. It was a no pressure sales environment. Matt Durkin my sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to what I was asking and did his best to make it happen. He did things that I didn't find out until later like looked up my employer benefits to see if they had VW incentives to throw into my deal. He was awesome. This was my first purchase of a VW and with the my experience I received from Matt it won't be my last. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I will start with Matt you are one of kind, thank you for being you.VW Jim Wynn is very lucky to have you. I had been in an SUV for 15 years, had been looking for a sedan for two yrs drove, spent many hrs not finding the one. I needed to have one that was good for my back, along with easy getting in an out of,feeling safe on the highway. I had rented by chance a Jetta two weeks ago. I kept it for two weeks. Well, my search is over I walked into Jim Wynn VW by chance, you know car dealers, some you really have to be in the mood. I will never walk into any other again unless its Jim Wynn. Last night I picked up my Jetta, Matt and the Wynn team went above an beyond to make this work for me hands down they did. It was the most pain-free fastest, positive experience. FYI I am 53, with three young adult sons who fit very comfortable in the Jetta. You need to just drive a VW to understand. And when you do even if it's out of way viste Jim Wynn(Sales Matt) in Norristown right of 476 you will thank me.
