My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion, and we were extremely satisfied with the car buying experience. Our sales person, Marie Wright, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Bobby Freeman in the Finance dept assisted in making the process go very smoothly. After the sale, there was a problem with the car's lighting system, so we returned the next business day. Marie and the service manager quickly resolved the issue, and we were on our way. All and all, this was a very satisfactory experience for us. Thank you very much. - Gary and Linda Cser

Oil Change/Quick Lube
The staff was fast and very professional/courteous. The one thing that I miss that other places provide is getting the car back vacuumed after an oil change. REALLY miss that extra touch that other places do for their customers but I guess Ford doesn't do that.
