Had a mechanical/electrical problem that disabled our car
Had a mechanical/electrical problem that disabled our car while hundreds of miles from home. Despite being crazy busy, Mitch understood our situation and somehow was able to get us back on the road within hours. If he hadn't pulled off this miracle, we would have lost our pre-paid ferry passage and, more importantly, would have missed a critical medical appointment. Thank you MITCH and the crew at Berkshire BMW and VW Service Center!!

Recent service was on time and car was returned clean. No additional work was suggested which was correct as I had just gotten tires and other work. So honest too!

I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and it is outlandish that they have suddenly started to charge a 3.25% fee for using a credit card. Other dealers family members use don’t do this and I’m incensed at this charge. If it is not ended I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my sales experience. After I was quoted one price, the general manager insisted on a higher price. For want of $250 Berkshire Audi lost a valuable customer (This is the third Audi or BMW we have purchased from Berkshire Audi.) Alas, our last! Would certainly appreciate an explanation. Steve Rubin
