Im always nervous about buying a car out of state, but my

Im always nervous about buying a car out of state, but my entire purchase experience with BMW of Myrtle was amazing. Upon my initial call, I was connected with an extremely professional and polite salesman, Michael Maely. From our initial conversation, to driving off the lot, Michael made sure that my wife and I had every piece of information we could ever need to be 1000% satisfied with our purchase. I was genuinely impressed by his product knowledge, not only with the BMW lineup but other vehicles on the lot. Ive dealt with many sales people who are clueless about what they are selling, but this was not the case. The finance department was able to get me a great rate, save me some money, and get me out the door in a timely fashion. I look forward to another Myrtle Beach trip, to do business with them in the future.

Michael Maely listened to our thoughts about a car and

Michael Maely listened to our thoughts about a car and steered us to our lovely M8. He patiently went over numerous details of the car, both on the lot and our long test drive. Michael’s support throughout the entire process made this purchase easy and fun. We’ll definitely be back to see him for future purchases.

First time BMW owner.

First time BMW owner. Michael Sclafani helped us and was fantastic. The finance manager was down to earth and didn’t push us and explained the process.

My salesman was Mike Maely.

My salesman was Mike Maely. He went above and beyond, IMO, taking pictures and a video of the vehicle I was interested in. We talked and texted and settled the purchase. The next day I drove five hours to his dealership. After the paperwork was done he got my vehicle detailed and fueled. Every salesperson I encountered was hospitable and friendly. It was literally the best experience I’ve had with a dealership, not having to spend the entire day there working out a deal.

We had a wonderful purchase experience with Michael

We had a wonderful purchase experience with Michael Sclafani. He did not push us, but took his time and explained everything about BMW to us, since this is our first BMW purchase. Michael is such a pleasure to work with, and still keeps in touch with us letting us know he's available for anything we might need. We are so grateful to Michael and everyone there who took the time to let us know we're in good hands!

Great experience when we only stopped to look at

Great experience when we only stopped to look at vehicles. Michael Sclafani took his time and never rushed us, answered our questions and served us well. We ended up making a purchase, but not because we were pushed into it. The entire steam was accommodating, respectful, polite and pleasant to deal with. It does NOT go without saying these days, but everyone was very knowledgeable in their areas. Much better experience than the last dealership we purchased from. One very minor issue after our puchase and the same great experience with the service dept as well. Yes, we would HIGHLY recommend and use them again.

Michael Maely was an outstanding sales person to deal with. It was a pleasure to work with a sincere and honest person. He made me feel like he was truly concerned with doing the best job that he could do for me.

From the time I called the dealership to the time I left

From the time I called the dealership to the time I left with my new vehicle, Michael Mealy provided me with all the answers to my questions and was very patient! I never felt rushed or pressured during the experience and it was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've had. Their finance manager Jason was also very courteous and they both built a good rapport with us. We would buy from them again!
