Atlantic Jeep Chrysler FIAT

Dealership put packing tape all around my window which is leaving residue on my paint and is very difficult to get off. The window was leaking but there's nothing covering the window. Just random tape left all over the cab. I don't understand why use packing tape on paint especially when there is nothing attached to the tape.

Service re[air completed satisfactorily. However, I found to scratches on my passenger side front fender and the air dam below the radiator is cracked,
