the absolute worst service ever .

the absolute worst service ever . i will never refer anyone to dodge. will never purchase another dodge. worst experience of any kind. and if it happened to me. it’s happening to others.

My sales man Was Michee, he was a pleasure to work with and he made it possible for me to drive out with the truck I wanted on my payment terms. I would like to do business with him in the future.

The employees were all friendly and helpful.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. That said, I bought 4 new tires and only found out after driving high speed on the parkway days later, that the new tires weren't balanced correctly. Had to return yet another day to have them rebalanced. Seems to have fixed the problem now, but still an inconvenience to have to go through twice for what should have been an easy fix. That, the uncomfortable waiting area, and the fact they don't have a wheel alignment equipment (they rely on the amateurs at Pep Boys) are the reasons I didn't give them more stars.

For starters, making an appointment is useless.

For starters, making an appointment is useless. They request that you drop your vehicle off and if you decide to wait, it’s on you. They charge $170 just to even look at your vehicle just to do nothing. I also feel a bit scammed. I was told a part would take a week to arrive. It was magically there the next day when my vehicle could have been repaired. Not to mention it’s a set up to charge me again.

Went for an oil change.

Went for an oil change. Took a little longer than expected but was also informed that my Jeep needed a software update. The rubber duckies they left were a nice touch.
