Not able to fix the problem and had to bring my 2019

Not able to fix the problem and had to bring my 2019 Jetta in 13 times due to ongoing issues the dealership was not fixing correctly.

I love this dealership.

I love this dealership. Everyone is so professional and they are very careful with working on vehicles. It’s always a positive experience going there which is extremely rare these days!

Setting the appointment was done easily and quickly.

Setting the appointment was done easily and quickly. The service manager was friendly and courteous. The driver, Hal, drove safely and put me at ease. Unfortunately, i took my car at appointed time, 8:30 AM expecting fast service. I never got my van back until Tues afternoon. The diagnostic decision was done on Fri but the part did not arrive until Mon. Part was installed on Tues morning. I was without my transportation 5 1/2 days.
