Valenti Jeep

Selfish organization. I have a low milage 2007Toyota Solara that was in very good shape. One of their body shop employees hit me in a parking lot at a local High School. Their insurance company gave me a lowball quote by quoting the hourly rate way to low so it was under the "totaled" amount. The body shop at Bob Valenti charged more than the insurance quote so they wouldn't fix it at the rate their insurance company gave. Would have been right if they worked out a deal to fix the car with what insurance gave me. Just reflects on what kind of business they run.

Simmone helped me get the exact car I wanted as soon as I saw it pop up on a different location of the dealer's website. It was ready and waiting for me to test drive and the entire financing, trade in, and purchase was low-key and easy. No high pressure sales tactics and I was in and out within two hours, driving away in my new Atlas.

I have never been at a dealership where they give you 100% satisfaction and go beyond their normal standards!
