Zero stars needs to be an option. Price increased by TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS on the day I went to pick up the Durango. When I asked for an itemized receipt, the salesman told me “it’s confidential, I’d have to put you in touch with the finance manager” So i called that person, and his voice mailbox has been full for a week! I also was to get a trailer hitch installed. Nobody knows anything about it, and it was paid in cash! Worst dealer, stay away!!!

Other than not budging on price (minus one star for that), they were all very nice, the truck was nicely cleaned and serviced, and the test drive was great.
