Purchased a New 2022 Jeep vehicle here in May-2022. Most arrangements were handled over phone & email. Small town dealership, salesman DJ was up-front and easy to work with. Drove 2-1/2 hours from Chicago suburbs to close deal and pick-up vehicle without any surprises. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I drove to Darlington wi (hour and a half away from us) for a charger she really liked online. We test drove it and liked it so we went back in and put in a cash offer. CASH, no financing or anything, and the salesman talks for a minute and ends his sentence with "I accept your offer of $XXXX". He proceeds to tell us that he had someone else interested and as a courtesy he wants to call and inform the other person that we want it. He didn't get ahold of him and says he'll call back in 15 mins, so in the meantime we get all the paperwork filled out and I get insurance put on the vehicle. Literally all that's left to do is put down our signatures and hand him the cash that was infront of him. He goes back to call the guy and gets ahold of him, after talking on the phone for several minutes, he comes back and tells us "Sorry but the other guy decides he wants it and I can't sell it to you". This guy is also an hour away and we're sitting here literally one minute from completing everything. Even though he verbally said he accepts our offer, he then declined our offer after all the paperwork and insurance was done. He took all our information from our drivers license, my fiance's phone number, and I had my insurance company put insurance on the car. I couldn't take insurance off because it was after 5pm the day before Thanksgiving, so I'm stuck with insurance on it until I can get ahold of them on Friday

Buck Virtue was great to deal with. He took care of small vehicle issues I didn't even know were there. He even helped me arrange financing.

We did not buy a Car, but our experience was a good one. We were looking for a cheap used car for our daughter. Buck and Andrew fully disclosed the issues with the car we were looking at and it was much appreciated. It was great to talk with an honest dealer

Truck advertised with many less miles then actual. On the way to see the truck, dealer decided they didn't want my trade. Their right but have to wonder about this dealership

Never heard from the dealership, zip, zero, nada, found a vehicle on our own without this service.
