Love love love. Everyone was pleasant and quick. I was dreading buying a new car dealing with your typical salesman. This wasn’t the case. Would recommend this dealership to anyone and also check out wild Willy’s for any ad ons just as wonderful.

Sales managers, sales personnel and finance managers are all very professional. Enjoyed working with Hollis Clark our sales rep.

Drove a total of 6 hours to purchase a used vehicle. Spent over $40k just for it to have bad brakes. Of course it’s sports performance brakes which are extremely expensive so I’d say my experience was decent. Probably wouldn’t return. Shouldn’t have to replace brakes as soon as I purchase a vehicle. They could’ve come off the price enough for some brakes at that point if they knew they weren’t good.

We just bought our second personal vehicle from Akins. The sales team and I texted back and forth for a few days to narrow it down. After having a few that met our needs, my wife and I went up there and she found the one. Sales team then helped us out even more. We test drove one day and they gave us a night to sleep on it, no pressure. We took our 2015 minivan back up there for a seamless trade-in process (AND got more for it than any other dealer had offered). Drove an Expedition Max home, that day. Tell them you want Jesse Cash or you’re taking your business elsewhere, he has helped us both times and we couldn’t ask for better service.

Great place to buy a vehicle. The process from beginning to end was a pleasure. Great selection and very competitive on price. My salesman Spencer was one of the best I have dealt with in my 45 years of buying vehicles. I look forward to buying future vehicles from Akins.

Akins has been great to work with, I’ve taken several vehicles to them lately for service and repairs. It is a two hour drive one way for me, and I have to pass several other dealers to get to them. Akins is on another level from the normal dealer experience and I will be happy to continue to make the drive. Have been a customer in some capacity now since 1995.
